Ww Pizza Pasta

"This is out of one of my old weight watchers cookbooks called "Two's Company". It is excellent! Easy and quick to fix and only has 8 points for 1 1/4 cups plus cheese. Hope you enjoy! Happy eating!"

 1. This made a great quick weeknight meal out of things I always have on hand. I used ground turkey instead of beef and added some chopped red bell pepper. I doubled this to serve 3 (with 1 serving left for lunch :) ) and we really enjoyed - thanks for sharing the recipe!

 2. I did the recipe for 4 serving. I used lean ground beef. I used frozen pizza sauce which had pesto in it. I didn't have enough, so I added 14 ounces of diced tomatoes and added a big tablespoon of pesto. I didn't use salt. This was very good with the addition of pesto. Thanks Teresa. 3. We did not care for this. It was much too plain for our tastes. Even though there is pizza sauce in the recipe, I thought it could have used some additional spices and we also thought it would have tasted better with mozarella cheese instead of cheddar.

 4. Great, easy, weeknight meal. I added some green pepper, onion and fresh mushrooms to the listed ingredients and we both loved it with a light sprinkle of Parm cheese in place of the cheddar. Thumbs Up.

 5. This was good and easy to make. I doubled the recipe for the four of us but followed the recipe as written other then we did add more cheese as we love cheese. Everyone enjoyed it. This is a quick, easy weeknight meal to make. It's also made with ingredients I normally have on hand.

? Hi! My name is Teresa.? My husband and I like to take RV trips but it seems lately we just us it for vintage motorcross races. I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, have done some rock climbing but age is creeping up on my poor old bones. Anything to do with the outdoors I enjoy, so why do I live in rainy Washington state? We have 2 wonderful children, both grown. My son lives in LA and my daughter and her husband recently moved back in the area with their little boy...our grandson... who just turned?5 years old. We have a granddaughter who lives close by...she just turned 23 this year. She's a sweetheart.? Life is good when you have a son and a?daughter and they?gift?you with a granddaughter and grandson. :)??
