I made quite a few modifications based on what ingredients I had on hand, but my family really enjoyed this recipe. I used 3 very ripe bananas, about 3 T of honey, added a splash of vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt in place of the milk. I also added a brown sugar oat streusel since I was afraid the muffins wouldn't be sweet enough (I had nothing to worry about). The muffins were a little dense due to the whole wheat, but they rose beautifully and had a lovely golden color. They were flavorful and very moist so I will definitely make these again!
