Too cold to start the grill outside so I did the George Foreman, we also used boneless skinless breasts. I think I could eat this every day - well that is if you didn't have hundreds of other great recipes on this site.
These are amazing. We brought it to a byom bbq and everyone was really jealous. I will definitely make this again!
Made for Potluck Tag. We really enjoyed this, but then again, we like just about anything with lime, cilantro & jalapenos. The only thing that I did different was to use boneless skinless chicken thighs, but that is what I usually have on hand. Will be making this often during the summer. Thanks for posting this Teresa!
Yum! I used a chicken quarter (long story otherwise, lol) and it worked really well. This was simple to make and very flavorful. Thanks for yet another keeper, Teresa. Made for FYC tag.
Loved it! Used 1 large jalapeño but will use the recommended amount next time. It was not spicy, made it mild for kids. Thanks will make again!
This may be one of the favorite chicken recipes I have ever had. I doubled the recipe and marinated w/ half and brushed the chicken while grilling numerous times!
This is my go-to chicken recipe. I usually use chicken tenderloins since we prefer the thinner meat and it cooks a lot faster and more caramelized. Very simple and inexpensive marinade that I generally have everything on hand for. I chop up all the items instead of processing them, which may be why I don't think this is spicy at all.
I used boneless skinless chicken thighs. I let the chicken in the marinade overnight. The taste is so good. Spicy just enough for us. The cilantro gaves a great taste. Thanks Teresa :) Made for PRMR tag game
Five stars all the way! I used boneless chicken breasts, didn't seed the jalapenos and let the chicken marinate for about 8 hours. Loved it! Thanks for posting the recipe.
The smell while cooking was amazing but the taste failed to deliver, not a keeper for me.
