Ww-Friendly Cinnamon French Toast

French toast is a favorite here, so I've made it a little friendlier to the waistline.

  1. Preheat electric skillet or nonstick pan on stovetop.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow bowl.
  3. Dip bread slices in the egg mixture and place on hot skillet.
  4. Toast until browned (about 3-5 minutes, depending on heat), then flip and toast the other side.
  5. Top each serving (2 slices) with butter spray and 2 TBSP maple syrup. Enjoy!
