Evidently I am not a star at breading onion rings. But the coating tasted really good. It didn't specify how fine to crunch up the corn chips so I left mine rather chunky, it didn't work out so well. I would try this again, but I would crush the flakes finer and also cut the onions a little thicker. They ended up a bit limp. Made for PAC Spring 2013.
These are delicious! I got this recipe at my meeting, too, and I knew I had to try it because onion rings are one of my favorite things. It's great to be able to make them in such a healthy way. They really satisfy that craving for something "fried". My family enjoyed them, too. Thanks for sharing.
