This reminds me of the shakes we used to get at the mall. It is filling, satisfies that sweet tooth and is CORE qualified.
- 3⁄4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons water (optional)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon honey
- 1 drop vanilla extract, to taste
- 4 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Process on high speed until smooth and foamy.
- Serve immediately.
Juices are not core, though.
