  1. Place asparagus in a large pot.
  2. Add water to cover.
  3. Boil 5 min or until crisp-tender.
  4. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
  5. Process asparagus in food processor 1 min, or until smooth.
  6. Place asparagus in serving bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.
