- 3⁄4 cup fat free chocolate milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa, powder
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
- 1 1⁄4 cups ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and blend until smooth. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
I did a slight switch when making this shake ~ I substituted a large frozen banana for the ice & still have a great tasting, frosty-chilled shake! Loved the PB & chocolate flavor combo (this past week's recipes have been full of either chocolate, PB or a combination of the two!), & your shake was very satisfying! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
