  1. Brown chicken in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Place in a baking dish. Combine hot sauce, margarine, vinegar, and celery seeds; drizzle over chicken.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with 2 tablespoons of fat free blue cheese dressing.
  3. Serving Ideas: Serve with 1 cup cooked frozen whole-kernel corn, and prepackage.
