These were HUGE!! And filling! Perfect for a Grab-N-Go breakfast. They were soft and had a very nice flavor. Initially it wasn't quite sweet enough so I did increase the splenda to 1/2 cup & added 1/4 tsp salt but other than that I followed the recipe. I was concerned that there was no liquid but it did just fine with the applesauce so no worries there. On the new WW PointPlus plan this is 7 PointPlus (or PPV) but still worth it because it's so filling & will hold you over for a few hours. Thanks! Tagged for Healthy Choices ABC Tag Game.

My husband hated them, but he's pretty anti-healthy. My kids and I liked them ok. I would make them again if my husband isn't eating with us;)

Num! I was looking for a quick breakfast to make for myself and my kids this morning, so I decided to try these. I love how sft and most they are, with a bit of chewiness to them. I did my best to stay true to the recipe, but using ingredients I had on hand. I didn't have powdered milk so I substituted powdered Vanilla Rice beverage. That already had sugar in it so I omitted the 1/4 c of sugar. Also, the applesauce I had already had cinnamon, so I omitted that as well. The only thing I changed was the amount of raisins. I added a 1/2 c. Just personal preference. Nummy!
