Adapted from Weight Watchers (4 points) and the IBS boards. Dairy doesn't bother my IBS so I use regular skim milk.
- 1 small bananas or 1⁄2 large banana
- 1⁄2 cup canned unsweetened peaches, drained
- 1 cup skim milk or 1 cup non-fat soymilk
- 1⁄2 cup ice cube
- Blend all ingredients in blender or magic bullet until smooth.
This was pretty good ... not overly sweet so DH really liked it. I added 1 tbsp orange juice concentrate to mine and a peach yogurt for the baby. Thanks for a good breakfast.
