I actually just used this as a marinade for grilled chicken!! It was wonderful and flavorful!! I made a little extra of the honey mustard mix and just used as a dip!! DELISH!
Really yummy! Marinated overnight but forgot to pound my chicken breasts so ended up slicing them in half after cooking in a grill pan. So easy to make, and the honey mustard is delicious. I have eaten this sandwich at Chili's a number of times but the home version is better. Chili's always seems to use chicken that's fatty cause it hasn't been trimmed appropriately. Blech! :) Thanks so much for posting the recipe!
I loved this! I cut it in half and marindated the chicken overnight. I didn't have any buns, so I used a whole-wheat tortilla instead. I loved the honey mustard dressing - in fact, it'll be my new go-to honey mustard recipe!
DH and I rated this 5 stars because it was Outstanding! I made it as posted except I also threw a grilled pineapple ring onto the buns. I used the juice from a can of pinapple rings for the marinade. This sandwich was full of flavor and the chicken came out moist and tender. I did have one chicken breast left over and it made an excellent chicken salad sandwich for (2) for lunch the next day. I served it with Dijon-Roasted Potatoes (Weight Watchers). Thanks, mariposa13 for posting.
I had high hopes for this recipe but I'm sorry-it tasted terrible. Had to throw it out. I followed the directions but I pan fried it instead of grilling it-I even marinated it overnight but it was very flavorless. Thanks anyway.
I can't believe I haven't rated this recipe. It's really good and I've made this many times!
