This was perfect for me as I am trying to get back into WW!! Did add a bit more beef though ;) - also added some crushed red peppers to kick it up a notch! Thanks for sharing a healthy good weeknight recipe! :)

This had a great flavor, and it was fast and easy to make, though I altered the recipe a bit. Also, I'd really recommend covering the dish with foil while cooking so that the cheese doesn't get brown and crunchy. I used a whole pound of ground beef, and I substituted Italian seasoning for the rosemary, since I was out, and Italian 4-cheese blend for the mozzarella. I only had a 14-oz can of diced tomatoes, so I used that, then added a quart of marinara sauce and 1/2 tsp. of fennel. Mine wasn't dry at all made this way, and the flavor was delicious.

this was very good, I used garlic powder instead of the fresh garlic as I was out and I used 2 cups of shredded fat free mozzarella, thank you for sharing!

I thought this was great, considering it is only 5 points. Found it at WW online then went to post, and what do you know?? I made one that my family enjoyed that night and froze one for the OAMC roation. Thought it was pretty tasty for a WW pasta dish. Funny that the meat did not seem too skimpy in the finished dish, although I thought to myself, "only 1/3 lb meat?!". Will use this again and again to keep up with my WW lifetime status while keeping the rest of the family happy! Thanks for posting.

I liked this recipe. I cooked the pasta alittle under. Put it together like the recipe said. Then I frozen it. Took it out of freezer, thawed in refrigator and Baked it that night. It was a little dry would add a can of tomato sauce to it next time to freeze it, but will try it again. The kids liked it.

We loved this dish. I did cut it in half, just the two of us. Now I have some for leftovers. (tomorrow's lunch). This was quick and easy to prepare. (no chopping etc.) I thought it was a bit on the dry side. Next time I will add about 8 oz of tomato sauce. DH thought it lacked spices, I thought you could really taste them. ??? I topped it off with a touch of fresh grated parmesan cheese. Thanks for posting mariposa13.
