From a WW meeting
- 1 (6 inch) low-fat low-carb whole wheat tortillas
- 2 teaspoons low-sugar strawberry preserves
- 2 tablespoons fat-free ricotta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
- Spread preserves on tortilla.
- Top with ricotta cheese.
- Place strawberries on top of ricotta and sprinkle with almonds.
- Roll tightly and serve.
