- 1⁄4 cup fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fat-free caramel topping
- 2 quaker chocolate crunch rice cakes
- 2 teaspoons chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
- Stir together cream cheese and caramel topping in small bowl until smooth.
- Spread mixture over rice cake, dividing evenly.
- Sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Yields 1 cheesecake per serving.
