- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon crushed black peppercorns
- Combine the vinegar and oil in a small jar with a lid and shake.
- Add the cheese and pepper, seal the jar, and shake again.
- Refridgerate the dressing in airtight container for up to 1 week.
