  • Slice the sausage and gently mix with other ingredients taking care not to break too many of the eggs.
  • Make a dressing with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
  • pour over salad and chill for 1/2 hour before serving.
  • This is lovely just with crusty french bread.

I live near London, divorced now but with my 10 year old son. Disabled, I dont work unfortunately but keep the brain active with painting, my pc, my son (of course)....and cooking. I cant abide rude people and bad manners.....and dont even get me on to the subject of men drivers!!!
