  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place defrosted chicken in shallow glass baking dish and cover with salsa.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes, then turn and cook an additional 20 minutes.
  4. Serve!

Good and so easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written. We did top ours with cheddar cheese and browned it before serving. We all enjoyed this. Made for Spring PAC 2010.
