So simple but a big hit at our house! Chicken is moist and flavourful - and incredibly healthy!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place defrosted chicken in shallow glass baking dish and cover with salsa.
- Cook for 20 minutes, then turn and cook an additional 20 minutes.
Good and so easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written. We did top ours with cheddar cheese and browned it before serving. We all enjoyed this. Made for Spring PAC 2010.
