These were a nice change of pace from the regular type sugar cookies we usually eat. Very simple to make , aside from the chill time they're quick ... we liked them best right out of the oven. Thanks so much for posting! :)

i didn't have any vanilla so i used cinnamon powder (same amount) and they turned out to be really good we had guest over and me and my husband were secretly sad that we had to share so tonight im making another batch:)
