World's Best Blue Cheese Dressing

"This is the best! Chunky and stinky, it's everything bleu cheese dressing should be. It's also great on baked potatoes and pasta. Thinned with a bit of mayo, it's a great mixer in shrimp salad."

• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 236.59 ml mayonnaise
• 118.29-236.59 ml crumbled blue cheese
• 44.37 ml canned milk
• 14.79 ml sugar
• 78.78 ml minced onion
• 29.58 ml vinegar
• 0.25 ml garlic powder
• 14.79 ml yellow mustard

directions

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before using.

This was a tad on the sweet side for me and I had already decreased the amount of sugar. The dressing was good, thick and chunky.

This is about the best Blue Cheese dressing I've ever had. It has just enough bite without overpowering the fresh greens. Now if I only had some buffalo wings for dipping! I was out of yellow mustard so I had to sub. with Dijon. I know I'll never buy bottled blue cheese dressing again. There's just no comparison! TRY IT!
