This was a great breakfast casserole! Thanks for the recipe! Reheats the next day very well too.

This makes a really nice breakfast. I didn't have any monterey jack cheese, so I just used 8oz of cubed mozzarella and 8oz of cubed cheddar, and it turned out just delicious. Next time I might add some sauteed onions and fried bacon. It is wonderful reheated the next day, and the day after that ;) Thank you Laurie for sharing your recipe.

We all really liked it- but I did add some onion powder and garlic salt for more flavor. I've tried other "egg/flour bake in the oven" recipes that were not as good. Since I have trouble with timing, I always appreciate foods that are cooked in the oven. Thanks!

This was a delicious quick dish. It even tasted good reheated the next day. Serve with St.John's Broiled Tomatoes #89610. Thanks Laurie Bullwinkle

This was yummy!!! I added bacon to it and it made a wonderful weekend breakfast for our family! I'll be making this again and experimenting with different goodies!

There are some recipes you look at & just know will be winners. This was 1 of those for me. This came together in a flash using my hand-held "magic wand", was part of our dinner last nite combined w/baked fish & a mixed green salad & turned an ordinary meal into a special one. I halved the recipe & added only a bit of garlic & fresh snipped chives. My only problem - We snacked on it fresh from the oven & had no leftovers after dinner. :-( This would be great as a brunch dish w/crumbled crisp bacon added! It will be on our table often & is definitely dinner party worthy. Thx for posting. Yum!

Wow! Laurie, this is so rich and decadent! I was a little worried about all the cheese added to this, but the combination of cheeses is out of this world! Delicious! One thing I would say is that you can cut this in small servings because of the richness and it would feed a lot of people! This is a definite recipe that I would be proud to make "for company" and I know everyone would be impressed...The only thing I added was a sprinkling of nutmeg over the top before I baked it. Just devine! Thanks, Laurie! It's a KEEPER!!! :)
