From BBQ with Bobby Flay
- 3⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 12 ounces beer
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon dry rub seasonings
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to just a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
