Christina Gray, this **is** wonderful!!! I used it on my "freckles" romaine, but I had all kinds of visions of what to pour this on while enjoying this. What's also great about this recipe, is that I always have these ingredients in my kitchen. It's full flavor right away, too, and so doesn't require hours for the flavors to blend. I didn't use my blender. I just placed all the ingredients into a cruet and shook it madly for a couple minutes. :)

This was the first time I've ever made my own salad dressing and I am so glad I started with this recipe. It truely is "wonderful"! I know I'll make this over and over again. So easy and so good.

It really is a very good salad dressing. I used 'Fleur de sel' and fresh ground pepper.

Perfect for me. Perfect for my guests.
Went very well with the Individual Pumpkin soup and salad and fish dinner that I served.
thanks

You have the perfect name - this is a wonderful salad dressing. I don't have a clue as to what white portugese vinigar is so I used wine vinigar - and used Splenda instead of sugar. It turned out great. Just the right amount for a nice sized salad. I'm going to make a larger bottle next time so I'll have it on hand. It was YUMMMMMMY!!

This is now my default, all purpose salad dressing. It is so simple to prepare and I love the taste. I double it so I will always have it on hand. Oh, I add just a little bit more sugar....except I use Splenda. It is as the names suggests...wonderful.

Excellent recipee!! I used apple cider vinegar instead of red wine vinegar and it came out great!! Definately better than anything I could buy at the store.
