  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain off the fat.
  2. Crumble the cooked beef into small pieces.
  3. In a large pot, combine the beef and all the remaining ingredients, and bring to a simmer over low heat.
  4. Cook, stirring every 15 minutes, for 2 to 3 hours.

Awesome! Everyone loved it! I did make a few changes. I used 1lb. ground beef and 1 lb. sausage. I used 1 10oz can Rotel instead of chopped tomatoes. I will be making this over and over. Oh yeh, and I browned the beef and sausage and threw everything in the crockpot.
