"An oldtime favorite in my mother's small hometown in northeastern Kansas. Its easy to make and nearly unfailable (if you know what your doing)."

• Yields: 1 Pan
• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 1⁄3 cups cooking oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 tablespoons cocoa

directions

1. Cream sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
2. Add dry ingrediants.
3. Beat well.
4. Pour batter into an oiled 9x13 inch pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minute Do not overbake.

Very easy recipe that makes a huge batch of brownies. I used maple extract in place of the vanilla which gave these brownies a different taste my family loved. Thanks for posting!
