- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3⁄4 cup pickled jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- wonton skins
- Beat cream cheese and milk; add salt and jalapenos. Place about 1 1/2 teaspoons in center of each skin, moisten edges and fold over into a triangle. Fry 1-2 minutes in 375 degree oil, until golden and crispy.
