Warning! Not for those who wish to lose weight although it is full of the good fats. This is for those who are underweight, want to use tofu to add calories but who don't really like the taste of tofu. Too many of these will have you looking like a wombat! Surprise!
- 3 bananas
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce) package tofu (silken preferred)
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 orange, peeled with the pith removed
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 3 tablespoons ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Add fruit to blender and blend.
- Add tofu next and then the other ingredients.
