Since halloumi cheese is so salty, no additional of salt requires for this dish. This dish is simple and easy to make

  1. Heat 12” skillet over medium-height heat.
  2. Add 1 tablespoons olive oil.
  3. Place on preheated skillet 4 slices halloumi cheese.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until color turns brown.
  5. Transfer halloumi cheese to a plate.
  6. Add to the same skillet 1 pack of baby kale and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
  7. Reduce heat, cover skillet and simmer on low-medium for about 2 minutes stirring occasionally with rubber spatula.
  8. Add 2 tablespoons sesame seed.
  9. Continues to simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally with rubber spatula.
  10. Transfer simmered kale to two serving plates (divide equally), top with 2 slices halloumi cheese and avocado wedges.
  11. Add freshly ground black pepper to your taste.
