Today I wanted to give an oriental touch to my recipe for you also have variety of choice at the time to prepare and enjoy. I am sure you will love.

  1. Adobe the liver with two tablespoons of soy sauce.
  2. Fry in butter onions, red bell peppers and mushrooms for 7 minutes. Remove from skillet. Added to the same skillet over 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the liver. Again incorporates vegetables and add coriander.
  3. To finish cooking, add the Demiglace meat sauce and boil it to low heat until the sauce thickens.
  4. Serve the liver on a cradle of rice and decorated with sesame.

I omitted the coriander. It's very easy to do and with lots of veggies. It's great. It's very tasty with the demiglace sauce. Thanks Victoria :) Made for Cookbook tag game

5 star all the way Wonderful flavor. I couldn't find any demiglace meat sauce so I subbed Chipotle sauce and the combination with the soy was great. This is a liver recipe that everyone will love. Made for PAC09
