These are even better the next day eaten cold! I know that sounds strange, but its true. Made these last night to go along with some wonderful steaks, and they tasted okay, but not great. But today at lunch pulled them out and tossed them onto a salad as a garnish....fantastic! Thanks for sharing!
I think I have a new favorite way of making and eating green beans! I'm a huge fan of sesame oil & seeds, so I knew I'd probably enjoy this recipe. The brown sugar is a bonus, adding such wonderful flavor. The recipe is very easy to prepare and didn't take me the whole 27 minutes. Great green bean recipe! :)
Wonderful! I prepared as described and added some golden syrup I made as I prepared cristallized ginger. Next time I will prepare more of this...
Made for Culinary Quest 2014.
Good green beans. These were certainly simple and very tasty. Thanks for sharing. Made for Culinary Quest 2014.
Wow, what a great way to prepare green beans. The beans were sweet and firm, and the sauce was too die for. The toasted sesames add a really nice flavor and textural element to the dish. So good, I can't wait to have these again. I'll be eating the whole dish by myself, its that good. Thanks so much for sharing a new favorite dish. Made for Culinary Quest 2014 - Suitcase Gourmets.
These were very tasty - there weren't any left to snitch cold the next day!
Made for Culinary Quest 2014
Love the flavors in this and even with skipping the sesame seeds enjoyed it very much! Thanks Deb!
