Great tasting treat that is easy to make in the wok.
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup margarine (not spread or tub product) or 1⁄2 cup butter (not spread or tub product)
- 7 large marshmallows
- 2 quarts popped popcorn
- In an electric wok on medium, melt together the sugar, butter and marshmallows.
- When marshmallows have melted, unplug the wok and stir in the popcorn.
- Stir until well coated.
- Cool, and eat.
