Questions & Replies

  1. Cab you make this ahead & refrigerate it? Or will the jello stiffen up?

  2. Would this come out of a water dispenser alright?

  1. FANTASTIC!!! I halved the recipe and used a 3-oz package lime gelatin. It did look like a witch's brew when I was making this drink in a big bowl. However, when I poured it into martini glasses, it turned into this beautiful cocktail with transparent green color with refreshing taste! I will definitely make this at Halloween!

  2. I made this for a Halloween dinner party and it was definitely a hit! When you add the ginger ale it foams at the top, so it really does look like a witch's brew. I mixed the water, jello mix, and pineapple juice ahead of time and then added the ginger ale and vodka right before serving. Great recipe, thanks!

  3. This is such a pretty drink, for any party, not just Halloween. It's bright green and so good! Thanks Kitty Kat!

  4. delicious!

  5. I assumed the jello package was supposed to be .6oz so used that (I couldn't imagine a full 6 oz of gelatin!). The flavor was pretty good, tasted like a lime jolly rancher candy, but it seemed like the flavor mellowed a little overtime and was better. I don't think I'll make it again, but it was fun for our Halloween party!
