I'm a bartender at Bonefish Grill, and I would just like to point out that the lime juice we use is actually half lime and half simple syrup, so the actual recipe would be 1/2 oz lime and 1/2 oz simple syrup. Also our recipe changed last year and now it would be closer to 1 1/4 oz unflavored vodka, 5/8 oz Cointreau, 1/8 oz St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur, 1 oz white cranberry, 1 oz lime simple syrup mixture.
