I am a Christian wife and mother of 2, stepmother to 3. I have cooked since I was very young and have fond memories of my Grandmother teaching me how to knead bread. Opening the cupboards and refrigerator to find 'there's nothing here to eat' is a challenge that I love - some of my best dishes were forged out of scarcity!
Recipes are guidelines for me, generally speaking. I almost always modify and experiment. My family loves my cooking and I love to cook for my family!
