      This was a lovely way to do squash, very different and very tasty. definitely a great dish for family and for friends. Thank you for a new twist on a favourite vegetable :-)

      Newest Zaar Tag 2007 ~ I cannot believe that no one has tried this yet. This was really yummy! As I didn't have whole wheat bread, I just used regular bread crumbs from that nice Italian company. ;) Left out the parm cheese as I was out. Made this early in the day and just popped in the oven later on. I was worried that the squash wouldn't have been cooked in the 45 minutes, but it was lovely and tender. Would definitely make again and will probably use during Christmas as it will be perfect for my vegetarian brother. Thanks for sharing mary!

      Delicious! I used turban squash and homemade breadcrumbs. I halved the recipe. Loved it! Thanks!
