This is very tasty. I have been making banana and yogurt smoothies for a long time, but would have never thought of adding walnuts, which really were good in this, along with the spices. Mine was a bit too thick, so I think some milk added with the yogurt would help. Also, this says 2 servings, but they would have to be really small servings. Made for Fall 2011 PAC game.
