  • Slaw: In a bowl, toss apples, lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients.
  • Dressing: In a bowl, whisk ingredients. Add to slaw with 3/4 cup cheese. (Can be refrigerated up to 2 hours ahead.) Top with remaining cheese.

I love cooking, and recently changed my diet to include more vegetarian entrees. I am challenged by simultaneous recipe preparation, and sometimes don't prepare ingredients enough ahead of time. I love this site, and hope to grow and learn many things from the other members during my culinary journey!
