We enjoyed this chowder -- but all agreed that the thyme was a bit overpowering. I'll cut way back on it the next time I make it. Thanks, Bobbie

Love this soup. I made half the recipe and omitted the wine, only because I did not have chardonnay and thought the other wines I had would be too sweet. My daughter, who doesn't eat seafood, really likes it too. So a definite 5 stats! Thanks!

Could not wait until tomorrow to eat this, we had to have this tonight! Excellant! Well worth the work. Just the smell is soo good. Would not change a thing. Thank you for posting this for us to try.
