Winger's Wing Sauce

ingredients
- 1 cup Frank's red hot sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
directions
- Using a sauce pan on low heat from the stove add all the ingredients. Stir slowly. The stove doesn't need to be hot because all we're doing is melting the brown sugar into Frank's Red Hot.
- After a few minutes all the brown sugar should have dissolved into the sauce. If it needs thickening add more brown sugar or let stand.
- There is no step three. It's that easy.

I made this last night. It was a huge hit. While it's been a while since I was at Winger's, I rate this sauce just above Winger's sauce. I believe this is just a bit hotter and I like it that way. Super easy, super fast, super good. The only down side to this is that you take something reasonably healthy and add sugar to it.

I've made this sauce several times... it DOES taste JUST LIKE Wingers! YAY! (closest Wingers restaurant to me is 90 miles!)<br/><br/> But it does not keep in the fridge - it turns grainey and hard. So I'm hoping to invent the same taste with corn syrup and molasses instead of brown sugar. Wish me luck!

<p>Im 40 years old and live with my husband and two year old son in eastern WA. My husband has a 14 year old daughter who lives near Seattle with her Mom. She's here with us during the summer and school holidays. My husband and step daughter are a little picky so sometimes it's hard to get them to try new things. Hubby's more likely to try than she is. I just keep trying. I'm a nurse and work full time in an orthopedic clinic. I've worked there for about 4 1/2 years. I've always loved my job but since I had my baby I find that I'd rather be home more. Plus after working all day I don't always feel like cooking when I get home which means we eat take out more than we should. I found this website a couple months ago and just love it.
