This was really good! I used a dual can chicken contraption on the grill. One was with Tortured beer can chicken the other this recipe. Very flavourful and the wine did emit into the chicken. If you are adventurous, give this a try. I used Kirkland Chardonnay, about $8 per bottle and poured into a washed pop can. The blend of flavours with the garlic, thyme and olive oil was fab. I did add some rosemary too.
