These cookies are frosted with the filling for a cheese cake.
- 1 (12 ounce) packagewindmill almond cookies
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (at room temp.)
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- Mix all ingredients except the cookies, in a medum bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Frost each cookie with a thin layer.
