  1. Heat medium saucepan.
  2. Add to pan, oil, vinegar, Equal and pepper.
  3. Stir over medium heat until hot.
  4. In a large bowl combine lettuce and green onions.
  5. Pour oil mixture over top and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle bacon bits over the top and serve.
