Perfect seasoning... I use ancho or chipotle chile seasoning... which ever I have on hand! So good!

Very good seasoning mix. I was a little scary and used only 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper but will use the whole amount next time. Furthermore I added 1 teaspoon ground coriander.
Spicy flavourful, just perfect. Used it with Smoked Sausage Chili.
Thanks for posting.
This was really good! It is spicy, but that's the way we like it. I will be using this seasoning for now on. Thanks!

This seaasoning is great! Not too spicy, not too bland for my family. We use 1 ib of ground beef, 1 can chili beans, 1 can diced tomatoes, and 1 can tomato sauce. This is our favorite chili seasoning now. Thanks!

This seasoning is very good, but also very hot. I made it as directed, apart from also adding 1 tsp of ground corriander. I used about 3/4 of it with 2lbs of ground meat and four tins of stewed tomatoes, plus beans and it still had a lot of heat. So if you like it hot this is for you, otherwise I'd advise to reduce the amount of cayenne. Thanks for sharing!

This is a great seasoning to use whenever you want to add some heat to any dish that calls for chili powder. I confess to being scared when faced with adding 1 whole teaspoon of cayenne pepper to this mix and only used 1/2 teaspoon. I halved the recipe and used the whole thing in my Arroz Con Queso in the Crockpot and this addition greatly improved the flavor. It was spicy! Thanks to Wilt and to you Boca Pat.
