Enjoyed this nice comfort meal. I cooked my chicken in the slow cooker as directed and then transferred to the stove top to thicken the sauce as per instructions. Rather than placing everything back in the slow cooker after thickening the broth, I just finished everything on the stove. As a Southern gal, I'm used to dumplings that are rolled out and cut into strips, but these drop dumplings were so much easier. Will definitely make this dish again - thanks for the post!
