  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients for the coleslaw, set aside.
  2. Use your hands to combine the ground chicken, Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, and red onion. Shape chicken mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Serve chicken burgers on buns. Top with prepared slaw.
