THIS IS AN INCREDIBLY DELICOUS RECIPE!!! I have never had wild turkey (the bird) before, and was hesitant about cooking it, but this recipe is so good, I'm going to use it next Thanksgiving for a regular turkey breast. It's SO good!

Awesome. I took my breast out after an hour because the internal meat temp hit 175. Absolutely delicious, flavorful, and moist. I served it with wild rice and green beans. I would however, making a simple brown gravy to pour over the turkey, that would have made it an A .

My family loved this! It was so moist and flavorful, and there was no gaminess at all. I will definitely make this again! Thank you so much for sharing!
