This was SOOO great! I found it last minute and was only able to marinate the breast for about two hours, but it still turned out fabulous! What an simple and great way to fix wild turkey breast! Thanks so much for posting! Delicious!!!
THIS IS AN INCREDIBLY DELICOUS RECIPE!!! I have never had wild turkey (the bird) before, and was hesitant about cooking it, but this recipe is so good, I'm going to use it next Thanksgiving for a regular turkey breast. It's SO good!
This was awesome! All I did was throw everything in the crock pot for 8 hrs on low. Amazing! Thanks for posting!
Going Turkey hunting in Illinois on May 2nd will try this Recipe
Awesome. I took my breast out after an hour because the internal meat temp hit 175. Absolutely delicious, flavorful, and moist. I served it with wild rice and green beans. I would however, making a simple brown gravy to pour over the turkey, that would have made it an A .
My family loved this! It was so moist and flavorful, and there was no gaminess at all. I will definitely make this again! Thank you so much for sharing!
Wow!! So simple and Delicious...Didn't have time for over night so marinated for 6 hrs (noon til 6pm) and this was soooo awesomely good!! Recommend taking the juices from cooking time (stir and pour) over the turkey after cutting to keep meat juicy (for us...next time). Made mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. Never made wild turkey before but now have the perfect receipe saved for another hunt. Thank you and enjoy!
I've never liked wild turkey before. I've honestly never tried to cook wild turkey before other family members always had the pleasure. My husband brought this turkey home for me to cook. I was skeptical, so I googled recipes. This recipe is great! Fabulously delicious, flavorful, moist, and tender. Thanks so much for sharing!
