    Ingredients:

    DRESSING

    Directions:

    1. 1
      rinse wild rice with hot water. Drain.
    2. 2
      in pan combine chicken broth with two additional cups of water.
    3. 3
      simmer for 30 to 40 min until all water is absorbed. cool.

      Broccoli : chop small.
    5. 5
      Carrot: slice thin rounds.
    6. 6
      Red bell pepper: cut into strips.
    7. 7
      onion: dice.
    8. 8
      walnuts: light chop.
    9. 9
      mushrooms: large dice.
    10. 10
      in mixing bowl mix all ingredients except dressing.

      in small bowl mix dressing ingredients until smooth. pour over salad.

      mix and refrigerate.
