Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 14 cup minced green onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Beat egg; add rice, bread crumbs, parsley, onion and seasonings.
  2. Form into 12 balls. Chill well.
  3. Just before serving, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
