Simple and healthy side dish.
- 4 cups wild rice, cooked
- 2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Saute mushrooms in butter until slightly soft.
- Toss in wild rice and cheese.
- Spoon into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
