Fix It and Forget It Lightly. Slow Cooker. Serves 10 – try this as a pizza topping!
- 6 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 (3 7/8 ounce) cansliced olives, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can button mushrooms, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons olive oil
- black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
